Daniel (Didi) Hachnochi – General Manager Previously employed at Applied Materials (AMAT) Process & Diagnostics Control Division in Israel and Chemical Mechanical Polishing Division in California. Mr. Hachnochi has extensive experience in managing multi–discipline engineering & operational teams in complex, demanding and competitive environments. During his 6 years in Applied Materials he has overseen R&D;, Engineering, System and Project Management and launched new products and platforms in both divisions. Prior to Applied Materials Mr. Hachnochi worked in Kulicke & Soffa (KLIC) as a System Engineering Manger, Neuromedical Systems Inc. & Orbot Instruments. Mr. Hachnochi holds a Master Science Management degree from Boston University & a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from the Technion Institute of Technology, in Israel.

Gary Hochwald Gary has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur and executive of startup companies. Gary was a Founder and CFO of XOsoft (acquired by CA), CoO of Octalica (acquired by Broadcom) and CFO of Identify Software (acquired by BMC). Previously he was an attorney at Law with the Israel Securities Authority. Gary is a honored lecturer of accounting and finance and holds LLB and MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
